Prepare gelatin per box instructions to start to semi-set. Run remaining ingredients except chopped nuts and splenda through food grinder or food processor. Mix the chopped ingredients with the sugar and about half the nuts and set aside for about 1 - 2 hours. Stir mixture into into semiset gelatin and sprinkle remaining nuts on surface of mixture. Return to refrigerator to continue to set, at least approx. 4-6 hours, or overnight is even better.
