Although traditional to Thanksgiving I like this with chicken or lean pork chops also. The ingredients can be adjusted to taste. California navel oranges work best. I have substituted a can of mandrian orange pieces and 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate in the absence of good oranges. I will buy the cranberries when on sale and keep them in the freezer.
