The ingredients for Cracked Pepper, Bacon andBrie Morning Muffins are:

3 C Flour
1/2 Tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 8-10 oz wheel brie chese, rind removed and cut into small cubes, divided use.
5 slices applewood smoked bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 large peeled, pitted and chopped avocado
2 green onions, cropped and chopped
2 extra large eggs
1 3/4 C whole milk
1 stick unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease two 6-muffin-large muffin tis. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, dry mustard and pepper in large bowl. In another bowl, place half of the brie, crumbled bacon, avocado, green onions, Monterey Jack cheese and lightly toss ingredients. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. In another bowl, beat eggs until light, add milk and melted butter and when well mixed, pour into well with dry ingredients. Stir ingredients together and then toss in bacon/cheese mixture. when incorporated, pour evenly between the 12 muffins (about 1/2 cup). Top each with a piece of brie andplace in hot oven to bak for 22-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Serve piping hot from the oven.
