Combine 1/4 cup flour w/ water & juice, whisk into slurry. In seperate large bowl combine remaining flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the shortening to make coarse mixture. Add slurry, tossing until flour is moist.Press onto heavy wrap; cover with second piece of wrap and roll into 12 inch circle.Freeze for approximately 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350.
