1/4 tsp cloves
12 oz. evaporated skim milk


How Do I Make Pumpkin Pie?

Here is how you make Pumpkin Pie:

Mix together flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing as little as possible. Form into a ball, roll out on floured surface. Carefully transfer to pie pan, and shape edges. Prick bottom of crust in several places with fork. Combine egg and pumplin in large mixing bowl. Add sugar and spices. Blend in milk. Pour into prepared pie crust, and place on cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
