1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 1/2 cups Wheat Montana Prairie Gold Whole Wheat Flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk

Here is how you make California Raisin Bars:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Squeeze juice from orange. Set juice aside.2. Grind the rest of the orange and raisins with coarse blad.3. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar and flour to make a crumbly mixture.4. Remove 2 cupps flour ixture; press into bottom of 13-by-9 inch baking pan.5. Stir baking powder and salt into rest of flour mixture.6. Combine eggs, milk and orange juice; stir. Pour into flour mixture along with raisin mixture; mix well.7.
