1. cook cranberries, sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat for about 5 minutes or until the skins pop open2. add the apple, zests, and juice and cook for 15 minutes more.3. remove from heat and cool4. store in the fride for 24 hours before serving. it will thicken and gel as it sits.
