2-3 stalks celery chopped
2 med cauliflower
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
2 pinches of saffron
1/2 tsp.dried thyme
1 tsp.dried basil
1 Tbls. vegetable boullion
8 cups water

Here is how you make Perfect Creamy Califlour Soup:

In heavy soup kettle, melt butter. Add oil. Add onion, garlic, celery and cauliflower. Add seasonings and water. Mix well and cook over medium heat for several minutes or until caulifower is tender.
