Here is how you make Pineapple Raisin Acorn Squash:

Makes 12 1/2 cup servings. Cut Acorn Squash in half, and place face down in baking dish in preheated oven at 450 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. When acorn squash is done, transfer to plate and using a sharp knife, cut peel off of squash. Place squash in mixing bowl, and mash ingredients together.
