Here is how you make Thanksgiving stew:

Saute celery, onions & mushrooms in butter with salt, pepper, onion powder & poultry seasoning until tender and lightly browned.Mix in cooked turkey and carrots; continue to saute. Add 2 1/2 cups of water and remaining vegetables. Simmer until all vegetables are tender.In separate bowl, mix 1/2 c hot water & flour until smooth. Add flour/water to pot once all vegetables are cooked. Still well, continuing to simmer for about 3-4 minutes. If not thick enough, repeat flour water process.Serve over toast, bisquits or noodles.Serving size approximately 1/2 - 2/3 cup.
