Here is how you make Aloo Samosa:

-Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and set aside-Quarter potatoes and boil till tender. Meanwhile cook peas according to package directions.-Drain potatoes. Add cumin, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and pepper to taste. Coarsely mash (keep slightly chunky) Add peas and cilantro and set aside to cool-Make "Easy Vegan Pie crust" or any vegan pie crust. Separate into 18 equally pieces about the size of a walnut.- Work each piece individually, Roll out each piece into 5" circles. Put a 1.5 tbls in the center and gather up ends to seal.
