Here is how you make Bacon like tofu:

Slice tofu and place in a microwave safe dish. Spread small amounts of Smart Balance light on each of the slices (or just out a pat on each). Drizzle the Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce over the tofu. Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes depending on how soft or crisp you want it.
