Preheat oven to 350 degreesSpray loaf pan with nonstick spray of choiceIn a medium bowl combine flour, oats, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. In a mixing bowl combine brown sugar and applesauce. Mix with hand-held mixer until disolved. Add in eggs and mix in well. Mash bananas and add to mix - continue to beat together while slowly adding the dry mix.
