The ingredients for Banana-Spinach-Avocado Bread are:

2 overly ripe bananas
1 cup or loosely packed spinach
? of avocado (Hass)
1 whole egg
2/3 cups of milk (I used organic whole milk)
? tsp of baking soda
1 cup of whole wheat flour
Time and Temp: 350?; 60-75 minutes

Step 1: Blend the milk and spinach until it is smooth and creamy. Then add the bananas and avocado.
Step 2: Whip the egg in a large bowl and pour the mixture into the bowl.
Step 3: Add the dry ingredient to wet ingredient and mix until you have reached a smooth consistency free of lumps.
Step 4: Add the mixture to a greased loaf pan.
Step 5: Bake at 350? for 60 minutes to 75 minutes until the center is fully dry. You can check by sticking a butterknife into the center. If it comes out dry it is fully baked.

The bread will come out green but you won't be able to taste the spinach. The avocados reduce the sugary taste of the bananas.
