Preheat oven to 350.Lightly spray a bread pan with olive oil, then dust with cinnamon (I think this tastes better than dusting with flour).Combine the flax and water in a very small saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Mixture will turn sticky and goopy--this is our egg replacer! Set aside and let cool.Meanwhile, in a small bowl mash up the bananas, and mix in applesauce, vanilla, and oj. Stir in flax mixture as well, once cooled down.In a separate big bowl, mix together the spices, salt, and baking powders. Mix in the flour, oats, and 1/4 cup of the almonds.
