Here is how you make Banana Whole Wheat Pancakes:

In a medium sized bowl, combine with a wisk the flours, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.In a separate bowl, mash the bananas well. Add the egg whites and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Mix in the buttermilk.Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine well.Spray with non stick spray a griddle or large fry pan and heat on medium heat. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, measure out batter and spread on the griddle - using the back of the cup to help spread it out. You could add more buttermilk if it is too thick but I love them thick and fluffy so I just spread them out and let them cook.
