This thick green smoothie is flavorful, thick, creamy & nutritious. I used a few ingredients that probably aren't true to making a smoothie (jams, for example), but it was what I had available.I love bananas, if I eat them, I'm NOT a fan of things flavored to taste like banana...wierd...I know. Blend on high or liquify. Add to it apricot, pear, grapes, & yogurt. Blend on high or liquify until all fruit has been broken down.Next, add your Ground Golden Flaxseed, Hemp Protein Powder, fruit spread and jam, dried cranberries & cherries, honey, vanilla, and lemon juice.
