1/2 to 2/3 of a banana, FROZEN

1/2 cup of organic blueberries, FROZEN or fresh

1/2 cup of pineapple or strawberries, FROZEN

1 cup of non fat milk.
(This makes it creamy. I also like OJ, which actually makes the iron in this recipe more absorbable. Sometimes I mix the two for the best taste)

1/2 cup of Kefir, I used lowfat strawberry or you can use any yogurt that you like. Plain works well too.

3TBS of Hemp seeds, raw shelled.
(The flavor takes some getting used to, so you can decrease the amount if you don't appreciate the flavor. This is really where the protein and minerals come from though. Sometimes I put half flaxseed and half hemp seed.)

Just throw everything into the blender. Use the ice pulse to break up all the frozen fruit until it blends ok, then use the highest setting. Add water, juice, milk, or almond milk if it is too thick. Serving Size:?1 huge glass, or two small size servings.
