1 c whole wheat or whole grain flour
1 c all purpose, unbleached flour
2 c oatmeal dry
splenda, 4 single serving packets
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda

Here is how you make Strawberry Craisin Banana Walnut Scones:

Preheat Oven 375 degrees.Mix flours, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, baking soda, splenda, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix in coconut milk. In a medium size bowl, add strawberry chunks, banana chunks, craisins, and walnuts. Add this mixture to flour mixture.Grease bottom and sides of 2 9 inch pie pans. Dust with flourPour scone batter equally into pans. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes. These are very moist.Cut each pan of scones into 9 pie shaped wedges.
