1 package (10 count) Texas Style Biscuits (12 oz)
1 c. cooked adzuki beans
1/2 c. cooked brown rice
6 T. barbeque sauce
2 T. dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 c. shredded colby jack cheese (optional)


How Do I Make Barbeque Cups?

Here is how you make Barbeque Cups:

Combine beans, rice, barbeque sauce and onion flakes in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand about 5 minutes to let moisture absorb into the onions. Flatten biscuits and place in a muffin tin. Fold biscuit dough so it forms around the sides of the tin in the same way a pie crust would fold around a pie tin. Place bean mixture in the center of each biscuit, dividing equally between the biscuits. Top with cheese if using. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until biscuits are starting to brown. Let cool a few minutes before serving. Makes 10 servings.
