Heat a frying pan and add the oil. Then add the cumin, fennel and mustard seeds and fry for 30 seconds.-------------------Now add the onion and frying for a minute or so until slightly browned.-------------------Now add the peas, beans, turmeric, chilli salt and sultanas and stir fry for another 3 minutes. ------------------The dish is now ready to serve.
