2 15 oz. cans Cannellini Beans (rinsed and drained)

5 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tsp. crushed red pepper (according to taste)

Here is how you make Italian Green and Beans:

Clean and rinse 3 bunches of dandelion greens. Remove thick ends and chop remaining in 2 inch pieces. Add 1.5 TBSP of salt to 6 Quarts of water and bring to a boil. Add greens and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Let drain overnight or for a few hours to remove all excess water.Heat olive oil in large skillet with garlic and red pepper. Cook until garlic starts to brown slightly. Add greens and beans and 1/2 tsp. salt. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.Serve as a vegetarian meal or as a side dish.
