Add the drained black beans and the drained corn to the onions and peppers and continue sauté for an additional 3 minutesAdd dried Oregano (or any Italian seasoning or blend), Red wine and tomato sauce Bring the veggies and liquids to a boil and add cabbage stirring well – allow to simmer 2 minutes and then add in the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water allow to simmer 3 more minutes stirring well… Add salt and pepper to taste… make roughly 8 2-cup servings.
