Whole wheat flour 2.25 cups
Blueberries 1 cup mashed
Dates 8 finely chopped
Canola oil .25 cup
Blue Agave Nectar 5 tbsp
Cinnamon 1 tbsp
Nutmeg .25 tsp
Almonds 1 cup ground
Flax seed 2 tbsp ground
Rice milk 1 cup

Finely chop the dates and cover them with 1 tbsp of flour so they won't stick to one another. Mix the milk, blueberries, flax seed and oil together. Mix the dry ingrediants separately and then mix in with milk mixtures. Add dates and almonds. Grease cookie sheet and drop with a .5 measuring cup onto sheet. Bake for 32-34 min at 350. Makes 12 scones.
