Mix dry ingredients together.Add water and stir into a very wet dough.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it on the counter for 18 hours.Dust a large, smooth kitchen towel (not terrycloth) heavily with flour.Shape dough into a very loose, suishy blob and put on towel.
