Mix the dry ingredients separately, then add them to the syrup mixture. Gradually add mix-ins and water (I use a cup). Mixture should be slightly sticky.Pour into 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish greased with coconut or other oil. Bake in 350 oven just until browned - about 12-15 minutes. Don't overcook!Cut into 12 bars while still warm.
