How Do I Make Breakfast bowl?

Here is how you make Breakfast bowl:

Poke some holes in the potato and place in the microwave for a couple of minutes to soften a bit. Chop the mushrooms. Spray the pan with Pam cooking spray and cook the sausage patties until they are no longer frozen. Remove the patties and chop up, Add the potatoes and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the mushrooms and a few minutes later add the sausage back in. Then add the spinach, let wilt and mix. Mix the eggs and egg whites together. Add in the eggs and cook. Divide the mixture in half and top each with a slice of cheese.
