1/2 c. Splenda
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

How Do I Make Quinoa Breakfast Cereal?

Here is how you make Quinoa Breakfast Cereal:

Soak quinoa for 15 minutes in cold water then rinse through a sieve. Put rinsed quinoa in medium pot with milk over medium-high heat and bring to boil (stir constantly to prevent scorching of milk). As this heats scramble egg in bowl and use warming milk to temper the egg. When milk boils turn down heat to simmer, add tempered egg, splenda, sugar, and vanilla extract. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.After 15 minutes remove from heat and add cinnamon and Protein Powder. Stir.
