In the morning, add Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Honey, Apricots, and Raisins and mix well. Let it cook another 30-45 minutes for the apricots and raisins to plump up a little.Makes 7 servings of 245 grams each.Note: Other whole grains can be substituted in this recipe, as well as any other dried fruits.
