Here is how you make Broccoli Lasagna:

To make sauce:Chop garlic and onion. In large sauce pan, heat olive oil and add garlic and onion. Saute. Then add tomato paste and water, bringing to boil. Finally, add seasoning as desired (I use red pepper flakes, oregano, and basil). Add broccoli.Mix shredded mozzarella and ricotta cheese.Cook noodles as directed on box. Drain.In small baking pan, layer noodles. Top with layer of sauce. Then top with cheese mixture. Repeat once. Top this final layer with remaining noodles, then add a little sauce on top to keep moist.
