The ingredients for Noodles and Broccoli are:

1 Bunch of Broccoli
2 quarts of water
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound of wide noodles (whole wheat or regular)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 stick of butter (I'd adjust this to much less)
3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated (Again adjust type and amount)
1 large tomato chopped. (Toss in 1 tablespoon Italian spices if desired before adding to casserole)
It is a tasty dish easy to make in a healthier way than I have posted here. I just wrote out my recipe but I make it much lighter than this.

Here is how you make Noodles and Broccoli:

Chop the broccoli and the tomato separately. Boil the broccoli in the water with salt (adjust salt for diet) for 5 minutes. Add noodles and boil 10 minutes more. When noodles are tender drain and set aside. In a skillet saute mushrooms in butter (or margarine or olive oil even) Add noodles and broccoli, mix. Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
