Here is how you make Cowboy Burritos:

1. Heat oil in skillet. Cook rice in hot oil until browned. (I often use less oil than called for.)2. Stir in water, tomato sauce, beans, and seasoned salt. 3.Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes until water is absorbed and rice is tender.*I usually use regular rice instead of instant, which makes the cook time closer to 45 minutes.Serve in tortillas with condiments of your choice.
