Ingredients:
1/2 cup minute rice
1 egg
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
sprinkle pepper
sprinkle garlic powder
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Mix above ingredients and set aside. Cut core from cabbage, boil in pot covered with water until softens leaves-about 15 minutes. Carefully take off leaves and put about 1 1/2 tsp in center of cabbage leaf and roll up. Place cabbage rolls in a roaster sprayed with non-fat spray.
Sauce for cabbage rolls:
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp margarine
4 whole cloves
Directions:
Pour sauce over the cabbage rolls. Bake for approximately 2 hours at 325 F - 350 F oven.
Serve immediately or let cool and freeze wrapped well.
