Drain and squeeze excess water from greens. Blanch garlic and onion whole and dunk in ice bath. Chop onion and greens roughly. Mince garlic.Add to large bowl then add toasted crumbs, cheese, eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.Squeeze 1/2 cup of mix into ball and add to hot frying pan with oil. Flatten ball with spatula to make cake.
