Here is how you make Carrot Tofu Toss:

First, begin preparing brown rice in a sauce pan. Bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add rice and reduce to low heat. Simmer, covered, for 40-45 minutes. Meanwhile, in a frying pan or wok, heat oil on medium low. Add grated carrots and garlic and cook, continuing to stir, until the carrots start to soften. Add crumbled tofu and cook until golden. Toss mixture with Tamari Soy Sauce and sesame seeds. Place over 1/2 cup brown rice.
