Prepare bacon strips per package instructions, Allow to cool and cut or tear into bite size pieces.2. In a large skillet, saute broccoli, mushrooms, green onions,and bell peppers in butter until tender. Remove from heat and set aside.3. In a large mixing bowl, beat togther eggs, milk and spices.4. Stir in bacon, cheese, tomatoes, and veggie mixture. Pour into a greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
