In large bowl, whisk Eggs, Egg Beaters, Milk, Salt, & Black Pepper. Stir in Hash Browns, Cheese, Onion & Peppers mixture, & Bacon. Pour into 13" x 9" pan well coated with Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Bake (uncovered) in 350 F oven for 30 - 35 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 8 servings & serve.
