How Do I Make Mexican Cornmeal Casserole?

Here is how you make Mexican Cornmeal Casserole:

Place the chicken stock in a 2 quart saucepan. Whisk in the cornmeal and oil. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes very thick. Stir in the corn. Coat a pie plate with non-stick spray. Spread half of the corn filling in the plate. Sprinkle with the half of the cheese, and salsa. Cover with remaining corn mixture.
