Zucchini, 2 medium , thinly sliced
Onions, 1 medium, thinly sliced
Peppers, sweet, red, sliced, 1.5 cup
Green Peppers 1.5 cup, strips
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large, thickly sliced
0.5 cup White Rice, long grain
1 cup Kraft 3 Cheese - Pizza cheese grated


How Do I Make Herbed Vegetable Casserole?

Here is how you make Herbed Vegetable Casserole:

Grease a 10 cup baking dish with some of the butter. Arrange half of the potato slices on the bottom, dot with a bit of butter, sprinkle with desired spices ( I used salt, garlic pepper & basil & oregano). Layer with half the peppers, half the onion, half the rice, and half the zucchini. Dot with butter & add spices. Repeat the layers . Arrange the tomatoes over the top.Cover with foil & bake in 350 F oven for 1.5 - 1.75 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven, uncover & top with cheese. re-cover & return to oven until cheese is melted (about 10 minutes). Let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
