Here is how you make Indian Flavored Cauliflower:

Put oil in a wok or large fry pan and set over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, put in the cumin & mustard seeds. As soon as the seeds begin to pop, put in the ginger, garlic, cauliflower, and green chiles, all at the same time. Stir and fry for 5-7 minutes or until the cauliflower is turning somewhat brown. Now add the salt, pepper, garam masala, and cayenne pepper and give the cauliflower a good couple of tosses to coat. Put in 1/4 c water and cover the wok immediately. Cook for a couple more minutes and serve.
