Stir in the spices, vanilla, and agave. Then stir in the flaxseed. Let stand, covered at room temperature for several hours. Turn on oven to 275 F. Cover one or two cookie sheets with parchment. When you can pick up the whole flaxseed mixture, flip it over and bake for 10 - 20 minutes until the surface is dry. Remove from the oven an cut into strips with kitchen sheers. Put bake in the oven and turn the oven off. Let stay in the oven until cool. Then crumble into a storage container.Serve 1/2 cup over 1/2 cup blueberries. If desired, add sliced almonds and/or shaved coconut.
