How Do I Make Cheese Lasagne?

Here is how you make Cheese Lasagne:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Mix together with an electric mixer the Cottage Cheese, the Ricotta Cheese, until well mixed. Then add the Grated Parmesean and the Italian Seasoning. Pour enough sauce for a thin coat on the bottom of a 9x12x2 baking dish. Layer the Lasagne noodles so they do not touch the sides or each other as they will expand. Once the pan is covered, put 1/2 of the cheese mixture and spread out to cover the noodles. Sprinkle about 1/3 of the Mozzarella Cheese on top, then add a layer of sauce and spread over the cheese mixture. Again, layer the Lasagne noodles, the ricotta mixture, the Mozzarella and the sauce. Finally layer the noodles and cover with sauce; sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on the top.Place in preheated oven (400 degrees) for 15-20 minutes. Turn down to 375 and bake for an additional 40 to 45 minutes. You will know it is done, the sauce will be bubbling around the edges and a food thermometer will read 160+. Let lasagne rest for about 15 minutes before cutting into 12 pieces.
