1 T cornstarch

Here is how you make High Protein Strawberry Cheese Blintzes:

In a blender add all the ingredients for the filling and blend until smooth. set aside.In a sauce pan, add fruit juice and preserves and heat to a low boil. Mix cornstarch and water. Add to boiling juice mixture. Add sliced strawberries. Cook on low heat until sauce thickens. To assemble: add half of filling to a heated up tortilla (I heat up in microwave wrapped in a paper towel for 20 seconds). Place the filling on close to one side and then roll up into a log shape.
