Spray a large skillet with Pam. Add the 2 tbsp of Olive oil, and the veggies that take longer to cook first: potatoes, onions, garlic, and celery. Saute for a few minutes, then add the spices. Add water so the veggies won't burn. Add the peppers, tomatoes and taco sauce. Simmer till veggies are softened.While veggies are simmering, microwave the faux Chicken Strips for 1-2 minutes.Put the entire package of Morningstar Farms Chicken Strips meal starter in the skillet with the veggies and toss together for a couple of minutes.
