Here is how you make Un-Chicken Salad:

Marinate diced tofu in broth and soy sauce at least 15 minutes.Spread tofu chunks onto a cooking sheet and bake @400 for about 20 minutes until edges are crispy. Reserve marinade liquid to add into finished salad if it's a little too dry.Transfer baked tofu into bowl and stir in mayo, grapes, celery, onion, seasonings.Refrigerate and enjoy!Yields 6 1/2cup servingsNumber of Servings: 6
