Here is how you make Peaches N' Cream Steel Cut Oats:

Boil 3/4 cup of water with a pinch of salt. Add 1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats, and reduce to a simmer. Cover, and let cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. After ten minutes, add the Peaches, Mascarpone cheese, and Apple Syrup. Let cook another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally (do not let it burn).When finished, take off heat, stir, and let sit 5 minutes covered.This oatmeal will be creamy/soupy looking. I like to take a potato masher and mash the Peaches before I eat it.If desired, add another tablespoon of Mascarpone as a topping.
