How Do I Make Tofu Curry?

Here is how you make Tofu Curry:

Heat 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in a skillet over med. heat. Add garlic, cook for about 2 minutes and add tofu. Saute until crispy. Set aside. Dice and add red bell pepper to the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes and add other ingredients. Cook until beans and mushrooms are soft enough to eat.
