Cook pasta, steam all veggies in a pan with a bit of water, heat Ragu. Add veggies to ragu! add sauce to pasta!we like to make a bunch of this at once and separate into containers to bring for dinner or lunch at work! we started doing this because I'm trying to get less sodium in my diet and this has A LOT less sodium and fills you up! plus, the pasta is made from ONLY whole wheat! that's IT! add a little salt to taste if you'd like, i recommend garlic salt! yum!
