5 tbsp Butter, salted
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 Egg


How Do I Make Dough?

Here is how you make Dough:

Sprinkle parchment paper or a silicon mat w/ almond flour.In a large saucepan melt the cheese and butter over low heat until they can be stirred together.Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients (dry ingredients first, then egg). Use a rubber spatula to really knead the dough in the pan. It may still have streaks of cheese.Turn the dough out onto the floured work surface and knead until uniform. This will only take a little kneading. If, after working it for about 1 minute, it is still very sticky, add a tablespoon or two more almond flour and work it in.For pizza, roll between 2 sheets of parchment paper until you have a 12" circle. Bake at 350? for about 10 minutes, until golden.
