2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
2 Tbs. vegetable or canola oil
2 c. skim milk
1 banana, mashed


How Do I Make Easy Pancakes?

Here is how you make Easy Pancakes:

Preheat skillet over medium heat, or prepare electric griddle to 350F. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and add wet ingredients. Mix until it is a smooth batter, and drop onto hot skillet or griddle to form pancakes. Flip cakes when batter starts forming holes in the top, then cook another minute or two.
